Start with a Bermuda Bay cs card base. Cut a Butterfly Bijou DSP Panel and glue it to the card base. Cut a Bermuda Bay cs strip and wrap it with a piece of Fine Art ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends on the back of the strip. Use glue or Stampin’ Seal+ to add the wrapped strip slightly above center of the card front.

Die cut a Natural Touch Specialty Paper stitched scalloped edged heart with the Many Hearts dies. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the stitched scalloped edged heart to the card front overlapping the wrapped strip.

Die cut out a butterfly from the Butterfly Bijou DSP with the Brilliant Wings dies.

The Brilliant Wings Dies cut out the butterflies from the Butterfly Bijou DSP in one go.

Use your bone folder to gently curl the butterfly’s wings and then add Wink of Stella to the wings for sparkle.

I purchased these Wobbles mini action springs on Amazon.

I used a Wobble mini action spring – you can substitute Stampin’ Dimensionals added to the center of the butterfly – to attach the butterfly to the center of the stitched scalloped edged heart. Add Gilded Gems to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Massive Thanks stamp set in Memento Black Ink. I also added a strip of Butterfly Bijou DSP and a fussy cut small DSP butterfly to the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Butterfly Bijou DSP panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″ plus two 1/2″ x 4″

Natural Touch Specialty Paper stitched scalloped edged heart – die cut with the Many Hearts dies.
Butterfly Bijou DSP butterflies – big butterfly die cut with the Brilliant Wings die and small one fussy cut with paper snips.
