Retiring Tranquil Tide Coffee Cafe Facebook Live Card

I made a fun Coffee Cafe card on my Facebook Live today. This is one of my favorite DSP cards that shows off both sides of the DSP. I CASED the design from Ronda Wade. You can watch the replay on my Facebook page here or on my YouTube channel below.

Cut a Tranquil Tide cs panel for the card base. Cut a 12″ x 4″ panel from the Tranquil Textures DSP. Score the DSP and then fold back the top panel so it still overlaps the bottom panel but shows the other side of the DSP (about 1 3/8″).

Cut the inside gift card holder panel from Tranquil Tide DSP. Use the Pretty Label punch to punch out a notch, round off the edges with Paper Snips and then use Tear & Tape (I snipped in half long ways) to adhere it to the top inside of the card base.

Glue the folded up panel down to the card front. Wrap Linen thread around the center of the folded up panel and tie a bow to the right side.

Cut out the oval from Very Vanilla cs scrap and the scalloped oval from Early Espresso cs scrap with the Layering Ovals dies. Glue the Very Vanilla Oval to the Early Espresso scalloped oval. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals (only added to the top half of the oval layers) to adhere the oval layers centered over the Linen Thread and folded up panel to the card front.

Cut the cup out of Tranquil Textures DSP, the lid out of Early Espresso cs, and the wrap from Crumb Cake cs with the Coffee Cups dies. Stamp the sentiment on Very Vanilla cs scrap with Tranquil Tide ink, and then cut it out with the Coffee Cups dies. Build the cup by gluing the lid to the cup, the sentiment to the wrapper, and the wrapper to the cup. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the full cup to the Very Vanilla oval.

Add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel to write your message. I glued DSP strips and stamped coffee beans from the Coffee Cafe stamp set to the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through.

You can purchase everything to make your own gift card holder Coffee Cafe card in my Online Store now! But don’t wait as the Coffee Cafe and Coffee Cups dies are retiring as well as the 2018-2019 In Color Tranquil Tide and retiring products are selling out fast.
