Start with a Poppy Parade cs card base. Cut a See A Silhouette DSP panel. I wanted to add a bit of Night of Navy twine – so I pulled the Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker’s Twine apart to separate the color strands. Wrap the DSP with the Night of Navy twine twice and tie with a knot. Use your Paper Snips to trim the excess thread and then glue the DSP panel to the card base.
Die cut a Whisper White cs oval (3″) and a Poppy Parade cs scalloped oval (3 1/4″) with the Layering Ovals Dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Rooted in Nature stamp set in Night of Navy ink in the center of the Whisper White cs oval. Glue the stamped Whisper White cs oval to the the Poppy Parade cs scalloped oval. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment oval layers to the card front.
Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I also stamped a sentiment from the Well Said stamp set in Night of Navy stamp set and glued DSP strips to the inside panel and back of the card.
