The images from our Stampin’ Up! Catalogs are great inspiration for creating projects. I used the decorative bag shown in the Sale-A-Bration mini catty on page 6 as my inspiration for this Facebook Live card. You can watch my Facebook Live here.
It was a gloomy raining day and I was in the mood for a light spring birthday card – so I used the colors Powder Pink and Highland Heather. I dry embossed the Powder Pink cardstock with the Lovely Floral 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I made sure to position the cardstock so the embossed image was centered at the top of the Powder Pink layer.
The Hello Cupcake is a super cute stamp set that’s easy to create with. I used my Snips to fussy cut out the cupcake images and layered them with vellum and metallic silver thread. I used my Highland Heather Stampin’ Write Marker to color a part of the sentiment and then flagged the Whisper White piece. I added a ‘you’ from the Well Written framelit set to finish the sentiment. I added a vellum leaf and a bow from the Sale-A-Bration Highland Heather organdy ribbon. I then stamped 3 flowers in Powder Pink, fussy cut them out, added them to the card, then used Wink of Stella to give them sparkle. I also added 3 Highland Heather Gingham Gala adhesive-back sequins to finish the card.
