I am loving the Painted Poppies Bundle and pairing it with some of my Annual Catalog favorites -like the High Tide stamp set.
Start with a Bermuda Bay cs card base. Cut the Daffodil Delight cs panel and the the Very Vanilla cs panel. Dry emboss the Daffodil Delight cs panel with the Subtle 3D embossing folder and glue it to the card base.
Stamp the lighthouse and beach images from the High Tide stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Very Vanilla cs. Stamp the water image from the High Tide stamp set multiple times in 2nd generation Bermuda Bay ink up to the beach image. Stamp the seagulls at the top of the Very Vanilla cs panel above the lighthouse in Memento Black ink. Outline the light house with the Light Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend. Color the light house windows with the light So Saffron Stampin’ Blend and then add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Glue the stamped Very Vanilla cs panel to the card front.
Stamp 1 large flower and 4 small flowers from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Memento Black ink on Very Vanilla cs scrap. Color the flowers with the Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the flower’s centers for sparkle.
Die cut out the flowers with the Painted Label dies. Die cut out a Vellum cs swirl with the Painted Label dies. Punch out sprigs with the Sprig Punch from Bermuda Bay cs. Use paper snips to separate the sprigs- so they’re single pieces.
Use glue dots to attach the die cut Vellum cs swirl to the center of the lighthouse & beach. Build the floral bouquet by using Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the big flower to the center of the Vellum cs swirl. Use glue dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals to add 2 of the smaller flowers around the large flower with one tucked under and the other overlapping. Use glue dots to add in the Bermuda Bay cs sprigs.
Cut the Very Vanilla cs sentiment layer and stamp the sentiment from the Woven Heirloom stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the sentiment layer to the card front so it overlaps the flower, sprigs, Vellum cs swirl, and card front. Use the Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend to color rhinestones and then add them to the card front around the flowers.
Don’t forget to add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel to write your message. I added a punched sprig and a die cut flower to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
