Cup of Christmas Note Card

Happy World Card Making Day! I made this fun Note Card for a Shoebox Swap that I’m participating in today. This fun set also has the unique Reversible stamps – you can stamp on both sides – super cool although for this project I am only using the outline stamp.

Start with a Whisper White Note Card. Cut the Cherry Cobbler cs and the Whisper White cs panels. Glue the Cherry Cobbler cs panel to the Whisper White cs Note Card.

Stamp the mug with the handle on the right image from the Cup of Christmas stamp set in Memento Black ink on Whisper White cs scrap. Die cut the mug out with the Cup of Cheer Dies.

Die cut out sprigs from Vellum cs and Shaded Spruce cs with the Cup of Cheers Dies.

Die cut a mug from a Post it Note for a mask with the Cup of Cheers Dies.

Place the Post it Note mask on the Whisper White cs panel where you want the mug to be on the card front.

Using the mug mask – stamp the foliage in Shaded Spruce ink on the Whisper White cs panel. Color the stamped foliage with the Stampin’ Blends. Add Wink of Stella to the berries for sparkle. Use Glue Dots to adhere the Vellum cs sprigs over the stamped foliage.

Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the Whisper White cs die cut mug to the Whisper White cs panel – making sure that the ribbon will easily fit between the Stampin’ Dimensionals and be sure to line your die cut mug up where you used the mask.

Cut a piece Cherry Cobbler 3/8” Diagonal Stripe ribbon and wrap & thread it through the handle of the mug & the Whisper White cs panel and then tie the ribbon into a knot.

Stamp the sentiment from the Cup of Christmas stamp set in Cherry Cobble ink on Whisper White cs scrap that is ½” then use paper snips to cut the sentiment from the scrap. Glue the sentiment Whisper White cs panel to the Cherry Cobbler cs ¾” scrap and use Paper Snips to cut the layer. Use glue dots to adhere the Shaded Spruce sprigs to the back of the sentiment Whisper White cs/Cherry Cobble cs layers.

Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment layer across the mug overlapping the ribbon. Color rhinestones with the dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends and add them to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Cup of Christmas stamp set in Memento Black on the inside of the card. Color the foliage with the Stampin’ Write Markers.

Stamp the foliage in Shaded Spruce ink and the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink on the back of the card and envelope. Use the Stampin’ Write Markers to color the foliage. Add Wink of Stella to the berries for sparkle.
