Start with a Whisper White cs card base. Cut a Seaside Spray cs panel and dry emboss it with the Lace 3D embossing folder. Wrap a piece of Seaside Spray Scalloped Linen Ribbon around the center of the embossed Seaside Spray cs panel and use Tear & Tape to secure the ends on the back of the panel. Use glue to adhere the wrapped panel to the card base.
Cut a Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP panel and a Seaside Spray cs layer. Glue the DSP panel to the Seaside Spray cs layer and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the panels to the right side of the card front overlapping the ribbon.
Die Cut Vellum cs sprigs with the Frosted Frames Dies.
Cut the Whisper White cs sentiment panel and the Seaside Spray cs sentiment layer. Stamp the sentiment from the Tasteful Textures stamp set in Seaside Spray ink on the Whisper White cs panel. Use glue dots to adhere the vellum cs sprigs on the backs of both the stamped Whisper White cs panel and Seaside Spray cs sentiment layer. Then use glue to adhere the stamped Whisper White cs panel to the Seaside Spray cs sentiment layer. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere to adhere the panels to the right side of the card front overlapping the ribbon.
Tie a small bow with Linen Thread and use a glue dot to adhere it to the sentiment panel.
I also added strips of embossed Seaside Spray cs to the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through.
