Stay Warm 2025-2027 In Color Cards

We are into December and the products that were just added to the Last Chance Products section are going fast. The Stay Warm stamp set is already gone but the lovely Snowy Delights stamp set (and dies) are still available. I created these fun cards using the 2025-2027 In Color products and water painters to add a light color wash.

Start with a Strawberry Slush cardstock card base. Cut a Basic Black cardstock panel and a Basic White cardstock panel. Stamp the large snowflake and the small snowflakes from the Snowy Delights stamp set in Strawberry Slush ink on the Basic White cardstock panel. Use a water painter to add a light Strawberry Slush wash to the large snowflake image. Add Wink of Stella to the snowflakes for sparkle. Glue the stamped Basic White cardstock panel to the Basic Black cardstock panel and glue the panels to the card base.

Stamp the sweater, the hat, and the heart from the Stay Warm stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Use the Strawberry Slush combo blends to color the images and with a water painter to add light Strawberry Slush ink wash to sweater & hat. Fussy cut out the colored (and completely dried) images with paper snips and add Wink of Stella for extra sparkle. Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment panel and stamp the sentiment from the Snowy Delights stamp set in Memento Black ink. Flag one end of the stamped sentiment panel.

Use Stampin’ Seal to add a small piece of Strawberry Slush Faux Linen ribbon under the heart. Use a glue dot to add the heart to the left side of the flagged sentiment. Use Black Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the built sentiment, sweater, & hat to the card front. Add Strawberry Slush 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls to the card front.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write you message. Stamp the small snowflake images in Strawberry Slush ink on the top left and right middle of the inside panel. Stamp the sentiments from the Snowflake Kisses stamp set in Memento Black ink on the lower right of the inside panel. Cut two Basic White cardstock strips, stamp the small snowflakes images from the Snowy Delights stamp set in Strawberry Slush ink, and then add a light Strawberry Slush wash with a water painter to them. When dry add a strip to the bottom of the inside panel and to the back of the card to pull the theme through. Glue the inside panel inside the card. Add Wink of Stella to the stamped snowflakes for sparkle.

Strawberry Slush cs card base – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored 5 1/2″.
Basic Black cs panel – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8′.
Basic White cs panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″ plus two 1/2″ x 4″ strips.
Basic White cs sweater, hat, & heart – fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs sentiment – 1 3/4″ x 1 5/8″ and flagged at one end with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
