Sale-A-Bration Calming Camellia Encircled in Beauty Birthday Card

It’s already February and Sale-A-Bration is in full swing! I love the gorgeous images and lovely sentiments in the Distinktive Calming Camellia Sale-A-bration Host stamp set! To create this card I combined this beautiful stamp set, dry embossing & stamping on the fun Sale-A-Bration Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper, and by adding a fancy die cut frame from the Encircled in Beauty dies.

I started with a Bumblebee cardstock card base. Cut a Bumblebee Simply Marbleous DSP panel and then emboss it with the Ornate Garden 3D embossing folder. Wrap the embossed panel with Metallic Mesh ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends to the back of the panel and then glue the wrapped panel to the card base.

I used my Stamparatus to stamp the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Memento Black on a piece of Bumblebee Simply Marbleous DSP. Die cut out the floral image with the Layering Circle dies. Die cut a Bumblebee cs fancy frame with the Encircled in Beauty dies. Add glue to the thin edge of the circle to add the frame to the center of the card front overlapping the Metallic Mesh ribbon. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the die cut image circle to the center of the fancy frame. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers centers for extra sparkle.

Cut a Bumblebee Simply Marbleous DSP sentiment panel and stamp the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Memento Black ink. Use glue to add the sentiment to the bottom center of the card front. Add Classic Matte Dots to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Sunny Sentiments stamp set & the leaf image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Memento Black ink and added an embossed strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card top pull the theme through.
