One of the downsides of breaking both my wrists…especially my right one in February… is that I have fallen behind in making my Paper Pumpkin Kits. Now that I finally have my cast off and am regaining strength in my hands I am trying to catch up.
I absolutely adore the gorgeous Here’s To You kit! These nature scene cards are beautiful, easy to assemble, and the stamp set includes fabulous sentiments that gives this kit flexibility.
The “Here’s to You” Paper Pumpkin Kit contains enough supplies to create 8 cards—4 each of 2 designs with coordinating envelopes. The kit’s contents include an exclusive stamp set, an ink spot, printed card bases, die-cut paper pieces, embellishments, adhesive, and more!
Card size: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ (10.8 x 14 cm)
Envelope size: 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″ (11.4 x 14.6 cm)
Coordinating colors: Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Petal Pink, Pretty Peacock, and Seaside Spray

I used Stampin’ Seal to attach the looped Linen thread to the back of the sentiment and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals add them to the right side of the card front overlapping the die cut trees and the Old Olive strip.
I stamped the tree image from the Here’s to You stamp set in 2nd generation Pretty Peacock ink on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
I used a small amount of Stampin’ Seal on the back of the card to adhere the wrapped thread on the back of the nature scene panel. I then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the wrapped panel to the card base. The middle sentiment is attached over the wrapped Linen Thread with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue dots (so that Linen Thread is also adhered down). The other two sentiments are attached with glue or glue dots to the card front so that only the middle sentiment is popped up.
I stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral ink and added a 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ strip of envelope liner to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
