Cheerful Blossoms In Bloom Bundle Birthday Card

For this month’s Glimmer Gals Team August 2020 Color Challenge given by Lorraine from Lorraine’s Crafting Corner I used the Blossoms In Bloom bundle to create a cheerful card with these fabulous colors.

Start with a Daffodil Delight card base and dry emboss the front with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.

Stamp the blossoms from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set in Misty Moonlight on Whisper White cs. Fussy cut out the image. Die cut a Whisper White cs thick lined blossom with Many Layered Blossoms dies. Color the small flowers with the Daffodil Delight Combo Stampin’ Blends. Color the leaves with the Granny Apple Green Combo Stampin’ Blends. Then fussy cut out the colored flowers and leaves from the die cut. Die cut out a Night of Navy cs thin lined blossom with the Many Layered Blossoms dies.

Use glue to add the Night of Navy cs outline die cut over the fussy cut stamped blossoms and the colored fussy cut flowers & leaves. Then glue the built blossom panel to the embossed card front.

Die cut out the Whisper White cs sentiment label with Painted Labels dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Fancy Phrases stamp set in Night of Navy ink. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the stamped label to the center of the card front. Die cut Vellum cs leaves with the Forever Flourishing dies. Use paper snips to cut the Vellum cs leaf apart and then using glue tuck them under the label. Add rhinestones to the label for sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Fancy Phrases stamp set and the flowers from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set in Night of Navy ink on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
