I loved yesterday’s Lovely Lattice card so much I made it again but this time in Highland Heather using the other side of the Botanical DSP.
Start with Whisper White cs for the card base. Cut a Botanical Butterfly DSP panel and glue it to the card base. Cut a Highland Heather cs panel layer. Cut a Whisper White cs panel. Stamp the large flower image from the Lovely Lattice in Memento Black on the Whisper White panel. Color the flowers and leaves with Stampin’ Blends.
Add Wink of Stella to the flower petals for sparkle. Then glue the colored image panel to the Highland Heather cs panel. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the image layered panel centered on the card base.
Stamp the sentiment in the middle of the Whisper White banner piece in Memento Black. Use snips to flag the end of the stamped banner. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base. Add a Glitter Enamel Dot to the sentiment banner.
Stamp 3 small butterflies on Botanical Butterfly DSP with the Butterfly Gala stamp set in Highland Heather. Stamp a body on the stamped butterflies in Gorgeous Grape. Punch out three stamped Botanical Butterfly DSP butterflies. Squeeze the lid of the Highland Heather ink pad to well a small spot of ink on the lid. Use the Wink of Stella glitter pen to add ink to the butterflies wings. Use the bone folder to curl their wings and then attach them to the card front with glue dots. I like to add strips of the DSP to the inside and the back of the card to pull the theme through.
