For this week’s Global Design Project theme challenge I used the Grace’s Garden bundle and broke out my Stampin’ Blends. The lovely images in this stamp set are perfect for coloring.

Start with a Smoky Slate cs card base. Dry emboss the front panel with the Stone 3D embossing folder from the Sale-A-Bration Power of Hope bundle (level 2). Cut a Old Olive Perennial Essence Vellum cs panel, dry emboss it with the Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder, and then glue the panel to the card front.
Cut the Very Vanilla cs and Purple Posy cs sentiment panels. Stamp the sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Happy Birthday To You in Basic Gray ink on the Very Vanilla cs sentiment panel. Glue the stamped Very Vanilla cs panel to the Purple Posy cs panel. Glue the panels to the top right of the of the card front.
Cut a Very Vanilla cs panel and stamp the gate image from the Grace’s Garden stamp set in Basic Gray ink. Stamp the fence image across the panel and next to the gate image in Basic Gray ink. Stamp the bird from the Grace’s Garden stamp set on the gate post in Gorgeous Grape ink. Stamp the small grass/flower image in front of the fence/gate in Granny Apple Green ink. Color the images with the Stampin’ Blends.
On Very Vanilla cs scrap stamp the small grass and the two other flower images from the Grace’s Garden stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink. Stamp the kitty image from the Grace’s Garden stamp set in Basic Gray ink. Color the images with the Stampin’ Blends.
Use your Paper Snips to fussy cut out the top of the fence/gate Very Vanilla cs panel. Die cut out the stamped flower images and kitten with the Garden Gateway dies.
Use glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the Very Vanilla cs panel, flower images, and kitten to the card front – with the bird on the fence post slightly overlapping the sentiment panels. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for sparkle.
Don’t forget to add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Sending You Thoughts stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the inside panel. I also stamped the flowers image from the Grace’s Garden stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink and colored with the Stampin’ Blends to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
