Start with a Bermuda Bay cs card base. Cut a Birthday Bonanza DSP panel. Cut 4 Bermuda Bay cs strips, dry emboss them with the Swirls & Curls embossing folder, and then glue them to the DSP panel. Wrap the DSP panel with Daffodil Delight ruched ribbon – cut 2 ribbon pieces and then use glue dots to adhere the ends to the back of the DSP to save ribbon. Glue the DSP panel to the card base.
Stamp the sentiment from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink on Whisper White cs. Punch out the sentiment with a 1 1/2″ circle punch. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the punched sentiment circle to the right of the card front overlapping the ribbon.
Stamp the kola from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Smoky Slate ink on Whisper White cs. Stamp the nose/eyes image from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the kola image. Add Wink of Stella to the kola for sparkle. Die cut out the kola with the Bonanza Dies.
Die cut out a balloon from Daffodil Delight cs with the Bonanza Dies. Die cut out a ribbon and balloon strings from Basic Black cs with the Special Day Dies. Use your Paper Snips to trim down the stings to a single string.
Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the kola. Add the balloon string to the kola’s hand with a glue dot. Add a Stampin’ Dimensional to the back of the balloon and add the bow to the balloon with a glue dot. Add the kola and balloon to the card front overlapping the sentiment circle and that the balloon is on an embossed Bermuda Bay cs strip. Tie a small bow from the Daffodil Delight ruched ribbon and use glue dots to add it to the bottom of the sentiment circle. Add rhinestones to the card front for extra sparkle.
Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink and added a strip of Birthday Bonanza DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
