This week the Global Design Project is a color challenge.
These colors – Grapefruit Grove, Lemon Lime Twist , and Daffodil Delight – were fun to create this Spring card using three Free Sale-A-Bration items only available until March 31st.
I love the Country Floral embossing folder and it’s deep floral impressions are gorgeous. The card base and the dry embossed Country Floral panel are in the retiring 2017-2019 In Color Lemon Lime Twist cs. I used Grapefruit Grove cs panel for a card front layer and cut a sentiment layer with the Stitched Label framelit dies. I used a Daffodil Delight cs panel for a card front layer and as a layer for the Whisper White sentiment layer.
I used the Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment on Whisper White cs first in Daffodil Delight and then in Versamark. I heat embossed the sentiment in Clear embossing powder to give the sentiment shine. I built the sentiment layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon between the Daffodil Delight cs sentiment layer and the Grapefruit Grove cs stitched label layer. I added Faceted Dots to the card front to finish the card.
Don’t forget to include a Whisper White cs panel to write your message. I also stamped a flower from the Sale-A-Bration Lovely Lattice stamp set in Memento Black and colored it with Stampin’ Markers on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
